Temp Admin Assistant I Office Hours | $2,390/Month I Central I 3 Months I - JL

Work Location: Central
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Contract Period: 3 Months
Basic Salary: $2,390 per month


Responsibilities:
• Handle correspondences via emails, hardcopy letters or over the phone
• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, photocopying and filing
• Any other adhoc administrative duties as assigned


Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level and above
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Must be able to commit for at least 3 or 4 Months and above
