Job Scope:

• Assist in the delivery of leadership programmes, HR Community of practice meetings and other divisional initiatives by supporting logistics, vendors management, and stakeholders communication/management.

• Assist in knowledge management/institutionalisation efforts through Sharepoint databases, systemising information sharing platforms/processes and supporting organisational initiatives, documentation and operational procedures.

• Offer general administrative assistance to the division as required.


Working Arrangement:

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Working Hours:

Mondays – Thursdays, 8.30am – 6 pm

Fridays, 8.30am – 5.30pm


Salary: TBA


Job Requirements:

- Versed in Microsoft office

- Team player

- 2 to 3 years of working experience in admin work

- Able to work within tight timelines and possesses good administrative and communication skills

- Proficient with Microsoft Office

- Knowledge and interest in technological applications will be advantageous.
