The Role

  • Reporting to Senior Management, you will oversee the Financial Planning & Analysis process. You will partner with key stakeholders to prepare presentations for business review with Senior Management.
  • Partnering & supporting Commercial team and the business with financial insight as part of commercial tenders and discussions
  • Identify needs to develop new reports and KPIs to drive higher levels of pricing performance within the business
  • Pricing: Identify opportunities, make recommendations, analyse pricing activity, maintain & develop pricing tools and processes

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Prepare monthly management reports and forecasting
  • Perform analysis on financial performance with P&L analysis, variance analysis & performance drivers
  • Prepare presentations for business review with Senior Management
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting and planning activities

Tenders Management

  • Partnering & supporting commercial team with financial insight on commercial needs:
  • Work with Customer Service to create a system for monitoring contract renewal status for our existing clients
  • Financial modelling of commercial tenders
  • Strategic support: proactively identify opportunities
  • Develop and improve pricing data reporting
  • Adhoc analysis and reporting
  • New contracts / tenders
  • Support end-to-end tender process, including providing financial assessment and recommendations, and adherence to legal requirements
  • Maintaining financial models for different divisions
  • Creating new contract templates to support contract preparation for Hospitality and Healthcare Segment
  • Other Projects by ad-hoc basis

Requirement

  • Minimum of a Degree in finance / accountancy / or any related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience of working with financial pricing models within commercial environment.
  • Excellent financial & analytical skills – ability to see big picture, identify keys issues and to dig into details where appropriate.
  • Business modelling (excel) and presentation (PowerPoint) skills to advanced level
  • Strong Business partnering skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on delivery
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal clarity,
  • Team player is preferred.
