· Carry out daily routine care in a manner that is and consistent with good infant development principles
· Ensure the safety of infants through constant supervision, effective arrangement of space, and proper maintenance of equipment
· Provide experiences that promote individual expression through conversation, play, and creative interaction
· Developing schedules and routines ensuring physical activity, rest, and playtime
· Observing, assessing, and documenting each assigned child’s health, skills, behavior, growth, and development
· Complete bi-annual assessment of children's development
· Report progress of children to parents in bi-annual reports and through parent-teacher conferences
· Maintain a safe and healthy environment
· Inspect and replace damaged or lost materials
· Keep all appropriate records such as records, attendance and time sheets.
· Meet all applicable licensing regulations
· Attend internal or external training organised by company
· Attend events organised by company. e.g. Open House, carnival etc
· Attend monthly meeting in the evening
· Attend meetings arrange by centre head or management
· Any other duties that may be assigned by the Centre from time to time
