Responsibilities
- Process Management: Handle quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, and update customer price books. Maintain an effective filing system for documentation.
- Customer Consignment & Inventory Management: Manage customer consignment programs, maintain stock inventory, and oversee stock movements.
- Delivery Coordination: Ensure on-time deliveries for both internal and external customers by working closely with customers, vendors, and engineers to meet delivery requirements.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners, and attend to inquiries promptly.
- Vendor & Partner Collaboration: Collaborate and negotiate with vendors and partners to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of Sales Coordinating/Customer Order Processing experience.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required.
- Candidates with knowledge and/or experience in operating ERP system are preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin language to process mandarin documents and liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
