✓ Construction Project/Term maintenance work planning, co-ordination and execution of
matters and issues arising from the project/Maintenance Term Contract
✓ To attend, provide information & provide proposals (if any) and updates when liaising
with clients, consultants & relevant authorities for the implementation of the project
handled
✓ Liaise with sub-constructors, vendors, clients to ensure smooth progression and timely
completion of quality works in accordance to schedule within required
regulations/contract specifications
✓ To build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship and meet client’s
satisfaction
✓ To prepare and submit reports as required by consultants and clients
✓ To monitor project cost including variation works if any
✓ Ensure workers adhere to safety regulations and are in a safe working environment
✓ To coordinate and work with other departments and vendors
✓ To ensure all Quality Documentation is implemented and maintain
✓ To engage in project/term contract work and ensure successful completion as well as
hand over of projects to the clients
✓ Other duties as assigned
