Job Description:
- Provide support and assistance to Operations Manager
- Manage our fast-expanding fleet of Drivers
- Response to new job orders and provide quotation to the customers
- Deploy job orders and route planning
- Ensure all job orders are completed satisfactorily and timely
- Liaise with customers on enquiries and delivery schedules
- Liaise with carriers and depot agents on incoming/outgoing shipments and containers collection/return
- Arrange equipment, loading/unloading schedules and requirements
- Monitor import/export shipments schedule closely to avoid any unnecessary penalty charges
- Check and Process PortNet
Requirements:
- Min with Diploma certification in Operations/Freight Forwarding/Logistics Management or equivalent
- Min 2 years of working experience in manpower deployment/scheduling
- Preferably with lorry crane experience/knowledge and able to determine load chart in order to advise on customers’ needs and to issue quotation to customers
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate comfortably via telephone, WhatsApp and email with customers
- Independent and a self-starter, with strong personal drive to initiate and implement
- Highly motivated, self-driven and able to handle work pressure
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin speaking clients)
- Good and dynamic team player
