Key Responsibilities:


  • Gather and collate qualitative and quantitative information about our products and services.
  • Complete request for corporate and intermediary clients.
  • Update standard pitchbooks used by the sales teams.
  • Ensure pitchbooks reflect the latest information relevant to investment strategies managed by the investment teams.
  • Align presentation slides with the firm’s brand guidelines and standard colors.
  • Efficiently manage and coordinate various tasks and projects to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the team in producing fund reports, including simple editing of market and fund performance.
  • Assist in clearing content with internal stakeholders before dissemination to external clients.
  • Extract and analyze statistics and reports using PowerPoint and Excel to support decision-making processes.
  • Attend to inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.

Requirements:

  • 1 year prior experience in banking and finance industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Basic finance knowledge.
