Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Director and report the project progress including revenue, cost, financial issue, potential risk, and etc. on timely manner.
- Responsible for the entire project cycle from inception to completion.
- Managing the project team and providing the guidance in relation to the project performance and compliance, contractual obligations and statutory requirements.
- Manage and monitor sub-contractor's performance and ensure work deliver on schedule.
- Ensure the safe work procedures are implemented to control risk.
- Identify the potential risk during the project operations and provide the strategies to prevent the risk.
Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering and recognized by the PE Board
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Singapore construction industry or construction management
