Employment Type: 3-month agency contract (extendable + Convertible to 1-year contract with option to extend)
Salary: S$3,000-S$3,500
Location: Hybrid (Mon & Tue WFH, Wed-Fri @ Changi Airport)
Working Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8am-5:30pm / 8:30am-6pm / 9am-6:30pm; Fri: 30 mins less
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for allocated divisions, supporting business stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Verify employee claims in SAP Concur, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Investigate anomalies in data reports and refine parameters for process improvements.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing, prepare journal entries, and ensure accurate expense accruals.
- Reconcile transactions with external reports and provide excellent customer service to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy with 3 years of relevant experience or Degree with 2 years.
- Minimum 2 years in a large organization, e-Commerce experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Pivot tables, Power BI; SAP and Concur experience a plus.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, self-motivated, and organized.
- Strong business partnering, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, multi-tasking ability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
