Responsibility
- Reporting to Contracts Manager, carry out all aspects of works related to quantity surveying.
- Sourcing for contractors / sub-contractors for a quotation and price comparisons
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with architects and clients.
- Manages and prepares all the cost estimates, quantity take-off and material for new and ongoing projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in construction industry
