This role is based in Boon Lay,Singapore.
Job Duties:
- Work with local Operations to prepare timely and accurate PO’s
- Raising GRNIs timely
- Negotiating prices and terms with suppliers and manufacturers
- Vendor Development
- Co-ordinate with SSC and provide invoices, statements timely
- Review open Pos and take appropriate action
- Complying Group policies and DOA
- Process documentation for P2P for incoming employees
- Provide post integration or implementation support when necessary
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- The ability to form strong working relationships with colleagues and clients is essential, as you will be working actively in a team
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and effective management of time
- Good numeracy and analytical skills
