Job Description
- Communication and inquiries with the Japanese headquarters via email and phone (technical questions and problems)
- Preparation of technical reports and documents in Japanese and English
- Safety management at each site (selection and arrangement of protective equipment), in-house safety training, skill evaluation management
- Support for troubleshooting at each site, preparation of reports
- Parts overhaul work (possible but undecided) Maintaining safety and health standards in the workplace.
- Creating and carrying out WSH plans.
- Evaluating tools, machinery and processes.
- Encouraging staff participation and compliance.
- Assessing workplace risks and addressing them.
- Investigating onsite accidents and implementing corrective measures.
- Organising activities to boost WSH awareness.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree preferably in electrical, mechanical or technical background is preferred.
- Certificate in workplace safety and health (WSH)
- Good command of written & spoken Japanese and English candidates.
- Responsible, independent with excellent customer service mindset
- Team player and easily to communicate with all levels.
- Preferred min 3 years in experience of workplace safety.
