Responsibilities: -
- Provide technical support for machines, including troubleshooting issues, performing maintenance tasks, and optimizing machine performance to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Offer direct support on machines at local and overseas customer facilities.
- Assist in spare parts inventory control
- Write technical reports detailing machine performance, maintenance activities, troubleshooting procedures, and any improvements or recommendations for future operations.
- Able to handle specific jigs and tools during service jobs.
- Assist Senior Engineers in performing higher-level technical tasks.
- Performe ad-hoc delivery of parts to customers.
- Performing service, installation, and troubleshooting jobs both locally and overseas, traveling as needed to customer sites to address technical issues, install equipment, and ensure smooth operation of machines and systems.
Requirements: -
- Min. Nitec in Electronics / Electrical / Microelectronics Engineering
- Training will be provided
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP B1
- Willing to travel Islandwide and Overseas
