JOB SCOPE
The Housekeeping Admin Assistant required to supports and reports to the Housekeeping Executive. This position assisting Housekeeping Executive to overseas all clerical and administrative functions for the housekeeping divisions.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinating with other depts by answering phone calls and knowledge of housekeeping SOP;
- Maintaining organised file system, such as managing roasters, maintenance record, filling, data entry and other admin related work;
- Managing and maintaining various reports that required to support the Housekeeping, Laundry, and Maintenance operations, includes and is not limited to inspection reports, attendance reports, work schedules, inspection schedule, and others related schedule and report;
- Assist with housekeeping and maintenance duties as and when required/assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Fresh graduate is welcome
- Min 1 years of admin experience in housekeeping operations is an advantage
- Able to speak Chinese is an advantage to communicate with employee from China
- Knowledge in using HMS System is an advantage
- Team player with positive work attitude
- Has good observation and pays attention to details
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Able to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
