Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Administrator with Salesforce experience to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform, ensuring its stability and performance.
- Configure Salesforce features, fields, workflows, validation rules, and custom objects to meet evolving business needs.
- Provide technical support to Salesforce users across the organization, resolving issues and answering questions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and implement customized solutions within Salesforce.
- Perform regular system audits, maintain data integrity, and execute routine database maintenance tasks.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and automated processes to support business decision-making.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates and new features, ensuring that the platform is up-to-date and compliant with best practices.
- Assist in training users and creating documentation to enhance system adoption and understanding.
- Work with vendors and external partners to manage integrations with Salesforce and other third-party applications.
- Monitor and manage security settings, user access, and permissions to protect sensitive data.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and user management.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred but not required).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, including workflows, process builders, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Experience with Salesforce security controls, including user roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Ability to create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data management tools within Salesforce, including import/export functionality and data deduplication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in working with third-party integrations and managing Salesforce AppExchange apps is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
