Job Description:
- Responsible for managing both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations.
- Handle stock inventory and place orders as needed.
- Prepare ingredients and batch drinks for service.
- Perform barista duties, including basic latte art.
- Assist the hot kitchen during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness of the café and general areas, including dishwashing and barback duties when necessary.
