Job Description
- Maintain full set of accounts and manage all financial and accounting transactions.
- Administration of contracts database and project cost tracking
- Timely production of monthly management reporting package, including financial statements and relevant schedules.
- Prepare cash flow forecast, bank reconciliation and cash monitoring.
- Prepare quarterly GST reporting, reconciliation report and tax computation
- Prepare Annual Statutory Financial Statements and XBRL for the assigned portfolio of entities
- Involve in budgetary control, forecasting and other management accounting functions
- System and processes- assist in processes and system implementation when required; continue to streamline and automate tasks to ensure improvement and efficiencies
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or related roles (with staff and people management responsibilities).
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, with a positive learning attitude, able to work independently and operate in a fast paced environment.
- Experience in project management will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to accept and support changes
- Meticulous and adept in working under pressure and tight timelines
- Hands-on bookkeeping is preferred.
