Job Summary:
Salary: Up to $4000
Working Days: 5 day work week (Mon - Fri), 8am - 5.30pm
Location of work: Tuas Office - East
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of building, facilities and security in all Company’s site in-house)
- Coordinate and execute, when necessary, inspection, testing, general maintenance and repair of the critical site systems and equipment in order. Ensure that all equipment and other facilities are working properly.
- Critical systems and equipment includes power/ UPS, back -up generator and fuel supply. HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), plumbing/ water supply, security doors/ alarms/ cameras, Fire safety systems and equipment.
- Provide situation/ status update to the Facility Manager on issues which are to be resolved and the critical system or equipment is fully operational.
- Initiate interventions to solve problems in the facilities and develop a system for cleaning, repair and maintenance of facilities.
- Deliver timely and efficient solutions to facility-related requests.
- Liaise with contractor on maintenance/ repair.
- Supervise contractor on-site.
Requirements:
1. Diploma in Engineering.
2. 2 years of working experience in related field
