DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and manage all aspects of the project including scheduling, cost control, quality, safety, reporting & administration.
- Collaborate with project consultants & subject matter experts from conception through to tender, construction & completion to ensure required information is provided/ updated for a timely handover.
- Identify, track and resolve design, authority & construction issues to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Liaise with Clients, Users and Stakeholders to establish the project requirements and User brief, resolve issues and report progress.
- Work with Contractors to identify obstacles, curate workarounds and propose alternative solutions for an efficient and timely process.
- Track project milestones and deliverables including submission of Reports.
- 5.5 days work week
JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)
- Candidate must possess a Degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering or equivalent that is registrable with BOA or PEB.
- Possession of an MProjMgmt will be an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of local authority requirements, procedures, codes and regulations.
- At least 8-years of working experience in Singapore's large healthcare or similar complex projects are essential.
- Effective communication and leadership qualities/ skills.
- Possession of certificates for Construction Safety, ECM, CONQUAS, ESH, etc will be an advantage. Registration with SocProjMgmt is essential.
- Hands-on working experience in project management software (MSProj, Primavera, etc) and PSSCOC is essential.
