Responsibilities:
· Checking, replying to emails, answering incoming calls & online chats (e-commerce platforms).
· Perform listings and Order fulfilment experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Lazada, Shopee and Q10.
· Provide general customers support and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Updating of Customers records after each interaction with them explaining what interaction entailed and report as and when necessary.
· Setting up of appointments or following up with Customers after their first interaction.
· To assist the Sales team in boosting sales and performance.
· Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory and simple stocktaking.
· Any others ad hoc tasks assigned by your immediate superior.
Requirements:
· GCE 'O' level, Diploma or equivalent
· At least 1 year experience in customer service
· Knowledge of pivot tables and VLOOKUP in Microsoft excel.
· Good communication skills, good attitude and service oriented
· Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
