- Provide day-to-day support for Lotus Notes applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Lotus Formula, Lotus Script, and Java within the applications.
- Perform front-end and back-end coding tasks to enhance existing applications and develop new features.
- Utilize REST APIs for integration with other systems and services.
- Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation.
- Develop test cases and perform testing to ensure the quality and functionality of applications.
- Analyze reports and provide insights to improve application performance.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Lotus Notes application support.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Lotus Formula, Lotus Script, Java, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with VB.NET and coding best practices.
Documentation Skills: Experience with product documentation, test case creation, and report analysis.
Tools: Proficient in SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
