Job Description
- Oversee and coordinate the production of high-quality BIM models and construction documents with minimal oversight.
- Manage and deliver a fully integrated federated model in the specified formats.
- Support the BIM Manager in implementing BIM processes.
- Assist the BIM Manager with updating and revising BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure BIM models are created with accurate parameters and attributes for quantification and 4D simulation.
- Work with the team and other departments to ensure all drawings meet design specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, SWCs, and subcontractors.
- Utilize BIM for coordination, sequencing, constructability analysis, and as-built documentation.
- Review design and fabrication models and drawings.
- Conduct clash detection checks.
- Perform quality control before the release and exchange of BIM models.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in C&S/ Architectural/ M&E/ Building services
- Atleast 1 year experience in related field
- Proficient in BIM/ Revit (Architectural/ Structural and Reinforcement/ MEP modelling and Navisworks)
- Experience in using Autodesk/ Bentley software
