Senior/BIM Coordinator (MRT Project)
Our client is a leading consultancy firm and provider of BIM services in Singapore. They’re now looking for a BIM Coordinator for one of their MRT and other projects. This role will be 5.5 days of work per week and performance bonuses to be provided depending on performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the development, implementation, and coordination of BIM models for various projects.
- Ensure adherence to BIM standards, protocols, and company workflows, as well as industry best practices.
- Facilitate collaboration between design, engineering, and construction teams by coordinating model information and resolving any conflicts.
- Work closely with the project team and clients to ensure all BIM deliverables comply with project requirements and timelines.
- Review and validate models for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
- Create and manage project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and ensure their implementation.
- Conduct regular clash detection and coordination meetings with stakeholders to mitigate potential design conflicts.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and consultants to ensure proper model integration and coordination.
Requirements
- Degree/diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- Specialist Diploma in BIM would be an advantage
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a BIM coordination role, preferably within a consultancy or multidisciplinary environment.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Candidates proficient in Bentely software would have an added advantage
