Digital Marketing & Sales Executive

4.1 Vendor & Partner Management:

1. Coordinate and maintain healthy relationships with vendors (SEO and e-commerce service providers, e-commerce partners, etc.).

2. Monitor performance and ensure service delivery aligns with company objectives and goals.

3. Negotiate contracts or agreements when necessary.

4.2 SEO & Digital Marketing:

1. Create content and coordinate with service provider to enhance search engine rankings.

2. Assist in monitoring to evaluate effectiveness.

3. Analise effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI.

4.3 Website Management:

1. Create content and coordinate with service provider to ensure website usability and optimization.

2. Manage website analytics and reporting to ensure tracking tools are properly implemented.

3. Ensure performance, functionality and content updates are able to support objectives set.

4.4 E-commerce Operations:

1. Create content and coordinate with service provider to ensure e-commerce smooth operations.

2. Monitor and optimize e-commerce KPIs; i.e. conversion rates, sales performance, etc..

3. Ensure performance, functionality and updates of e-commerce platforms.

4.5 Content Management & Copywriting:

1. Create content &/or manage content strategy to ensure alignment with brand voice and marketing goal.

2. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and user experience across digital platforms.

4.6 Digital Analytics & Reporting:

1. Generate / manage periodical reports on KPIs in traffic, engagement, conversions and revenue.

2. Adjust digital strategies with data insights.

4.7 Compliance & Security:

1. Ensure digital platforms comply with legal and regulatory requirements (i.e. PDPA).

2. Safeguard digital assets and customer data.

4.8 Crisis Management:

1. Develop and implement crisis management strategies for digital platforms; i.e. website downtime).

2. Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve issues timely and minimize negative impact.

4.9 Other relevant marketing operations:

1. Customer experience and user journey optimization to ensure seamless navigation and conversion paths.

2. Develop and implement long-term digital strategies that align with overall business objectives.

3. Lead &/or manage offline marketing activities, i.e. trade show and road show.

4. Manage design and printing of packaging material to ensure regulatory compliance in labelling
