Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day financial operations within the company, cash flow, inventory and other transactions.
- Manage full sets of accounts, preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Prepare management reports and forecast.
- Review regional subsidiary offices business reports and budget expenses.
- Attend to customer’s queries.
- Follow up sales agreement, service contracts and related paper works.
- Perform general HR and administrative works
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirement:
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification/Business in Administration.
- Must demonstrate IT knowledge and savviness
- Well-organized, multitasking, resourceful and ability to solve issues independently.
- Good attitude, meticulous individual with good interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Full set accounts experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word & Powerpoint.
