Position: Finance Controller
Location: Woodlands
Salary: Up to $5500
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure target accuracy, working capital control, and monitor business performance (revenue, costs, EBIT, and currency impact).
- Support the line manager in managing day-to-day expenses against operating budgets to optimize resource use.
- Coordinate annual target-setting activities, distribute global templates, and manage the review process.
- Prepare and consolidate country performance data for monthly analysis and reporting.
- Gather and compile financial data to support contractual negotiations, profitability analysis, and internal/external presentations.
- Provide financial insights on key metrics like working capital and cost development.
- Assist in strategic planning and projects, including M&A due diligence, restructurings, and financial negotiations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Experience in both local and global retail environments, with a track record in managing people, operations, and clients.
- Hands-on experience with SAGE accounting applications is an advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of local accounting standards and business models.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and leadership skills.
