Position: Business Analytics
Location: Woodlands
Salary: Up to $6000
Job Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business opportunities and problems, and implement regional system enhancements.
- Provide actionable insights by merging and analyzing data from various sources.
- Automate processes to improve efficiency using statistical models and data analysis.
- Manage project scoping, delivery, and stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee system configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change requests.
- Maintain and report on project progress, product portfolios, and integrated data.
- Implement and support BI strategies and data tools for internal and client use.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to align on business data strategies and insights.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Lead and develop the BI team, manage vendor relationships, and drive continuous learning.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and 2 years in project management and leadership.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAGE and Dynamics, is a plus.
- Proficiency in POWERBI, SQL, and advanced data analytics.
- Strong project management skills and ability to deliver results.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Experience in multinational companies and managing technology solutions.
- Deep understanding of industry trends, client needs, and technology solutions.
- Advanced skills in data analysis, project management, and database management.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and manage complex projects efficiently.
