- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing Company (Metal Processing)
- Position Title: Sales Admin Coordinator
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: Mon – Fri (8.00 AM – 5.45 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,800 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily sales tasks including inquiries, quotes, and order confirmations.
- Support the sales team by understanding engineering drawings, customer specifications, and technical calculations.
- Communicate with the internal operations/production team to ensure timely order processing, documentation, and delivery.
- Offer sales and administrative support to the sales team.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.

- Experience with basic engineering/chemical process is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication skills and able to work under pressure.
