Job Description
- Oversee and effectively maintain the M&E systems and supervise the M&E team in carrying out duties
- Ensure all projects, preventive maintenance works and SOPs are carried out in excellent quality within the schedule timeline and budget
- Perform site planning, coordination and inspection that related to M&E and facilities
- Responsible in preparing tender specification & post contract and renovation projects
- Oversee and effectively maintain the M&E systems. Analyse faults speedily and recommend holistic, sustainable and cost-effective solutions to the client
- Ensure accurate records and progress reports is prepared on timely manner
- Ensure proper arrangement of site organization and workforce management
- Conduct regular meetings with FM teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Liaise with the equipment vendors at a technical and professional manner so that equipment faults escalation can be resolved within the shortest possible time
- Ensure the operation teams comply with client & regulatory requirements.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in related ACMV, and Electrical or equivalent.
- Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, ACMV or equivalent.
- Possess strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure in a complex environment.
- Sustainability practice or Green Mark accreditation experience is advantage.
