Responsibilities
- Operations management of Operations Command Centre (OCC)
- Manage, operate and maintain the OCC's facility, infrastructure and IT support components such as ICT infrastructure and desktop support
- Monitor and oversee the entire OCC operations and ensure all day-to-day issues and activities are timely addressed
- Manage the delivery of facility and ICT related services by various contractors, ensuring efficient operations management, compliance to policies and standards, and in accordance with SLA
- Maintain an up-to-date OCC IT assets and patch information list, technical diagrams and documented processes for operations, maintenance and systems requests
- Work with various departments on contractual matters, SLA and operations issues
- Work with various parties to participate in matters relating to finance budgeting, contract management, procurement, asset management and audit of OCC and services
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience in deploying or/and operating ICT infrastructure and services
- Strong track record and experience in contract and vendor management
- Good experience in end-to-end IT solutioning design and implementation including but not limited to areas such as understanding of business requirements, and managing the change management
- Keen to learn, pro-active, dynamic and with good analytical/conceptual thinking
- Able to work independently and a good team player
- Good written and verbal communication, able to present and communicate effectively with non-technical audience and senior management
- User-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Candidates who possess industry certifications such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), COMIT, CITPM and/or PMP preferred
- BCP/DR knowledge and experience is an added advantage
