This position is an additional headcount within the team to enhance client support and service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Client Assistance: Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Administrative Support: Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) with scheduling meetings, maintaining accurate client records, and performing other ad-hoc tasks assigned by RMs.
- Documentation Management: Handle the preparation, review, and processing of account opening documents, investment transactions, and compliance-related paperwork.
- Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, such as compliance and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Reporting: Generate and distribute reports on client portfolios and investment performance.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and needs.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of finance, business, or a related field.
- Knowledge of compliance and KYC processes is advantageous.
- Previous experience in wealth management or financial services is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to speak and write Japanese is a plus, but not mandatory.
