Job Summary: The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading the recruitment team to attract, select, and onboard top talent that aligns with the company’s strategic goals. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, organizing career and job fairs, and building strong relationships with educational institutions to create a talent pipeline.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create talent pipelines for future roles.

Career Talks and Employer Branding:

  • Arrange and conduct career talks at universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
  • Develop presentations and materials that highlight the company’s values, culture, and career opportunities.
  • Organize and participate in school and university fairs, job fairs, and career exhibitions to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Liaise with event organizers and academic institutions to ensure smooth planning and execution of recruitment activities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, career services, and academic partners to support recruitment initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Workforce Singapore, Ministry of Manpower (MOM), and other government agencies on employment-related programs.

End-to-End Recruitment Management:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including JD drafting with Hiring Manager, job postings, screening, interviews, and extending job offers.
  • Leverage recruitment software and platforms (e.g., Social Media, Job Portals) to attract and manage candidates effectively and utilize social media and digital platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates.
  • Lead and mentor the recruitment team by providing guidance, support, and continuous training to enhance their performance.
  • Assign roles and responsibilities within the team, ensuring that recruitment goals are met.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate conversion rates) to ensure continuous improvement of recruitment efforts.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on recruitment activities, challenges, and results.
  • Work closely with the other HR team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Provide input into the design and execution of onboarding programs that help new employees integrate into the company culture.
  • Promote and implement recruitment practices that support diversity, equity, and inclusion goals within the organization.
  • Reports to Senior Human Resources Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active and outgoing with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, a self-starter who takes initiative and drives recruitment efforts with minimal supervision
  • Leadership skills with experience in leading recruitment team or managing hiring projects
  • Good communication with clear and effective interaction with candidates and internal teams
  • Problem solver who can identify issues and improve the recruitment process
  • Creative and strategic thinker able to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
