Reporting to the Asst Director, you will be part of the team in shaping and supporting the institution’s strategic objectives including attracting, retaining and motivating a diverse workforce through compensation strategies and practices. You will also be responsible to:
- Administer ongoing compensation programs / processes in accordance with established policies and ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Support / lead in the design and implementation of compensation programs, systems, process and projects
- Collaborate with HRBPs on compensation-related decisions e.g. compensation-related business problems, job offers, promotion, etc
- Participate in compensation surveys submissions, benchmark with internal data and analyses survey results
- Conduct / support audit to ensure that compensation procedures are implemented in accordance with the Cluster HR and Hospital’s policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 or more years of experience in compensation role. Those who have both consulting and inhouse experience will have an added advantage
