Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training initiatives to ensure staff development and skill enhancement.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training objectives and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate training sessions to ensure objective are met.
- Provide support to managers and staff on training issues and career development.
- Provide support in organisation succession planning.
- Coordinate the Company’s training programs (new Staff induction, in-house or external training) conducted by Training Department.
- Perform training administrative duties and maintain training records for audit inspection.
- Assess and improve well-being in the organisation.
- Build and manage with Head of HR, regular staff surveys to identify staff expectations, well-being level and points of satisfaction and dissatisfaction.
- Assist Head of HR on follow up results and propose action plan
- Assess diversity and inclusion in our organisation, promote and enhance our policy to foster diversity and inclusion in our staff
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding process to ensure smooth transition.
- Assist HR Manager to administer staff claims (overtime claims, team bonding claims, professional membership claims etc).
- Preparation of HR reports.
- Assist with staff engagement activities.
- Any other ad-hoc duties and HR projects assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Business/Human Resources with at least 4- 6years or HR Experiences with at least 1-2 years of experiences handling training/Learning & Development
- Team player
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
