Contract Period: 1 January 2025 to 30 November 2025 with an option to extend the Contract for a further period of 1 January 2026 to 30 November 2026.
Working hours:
• Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 2:00pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services:
- Reception duties;
- Provide assistance to students at sick bay;
- Assist with data entry, filing or any administrative support required.
Qualification, Skill & Experience:
- Preferably GCE “O” / “N” Level with credit in English or equivalent
- MS Office skills & use of IT systems
- Customer Service skills
- Preferably some experience in primary school administration
