Position: IT SUPPORT cum ADMIN
IT SUPPORT cum ADMIN Responsibilities:
· Provide technical support and Install computer hardware, software and networks to all users
· Log support requests to relevant vendor to resolve issues
· Maintain and update IT inventory
· Provisioning and de-provisioning PCs when staff on-board and off-board
· Monitor daily backup
· Troubleshoot on IT system, hardware and office equipment
· Knowledge of online system (HR System – Infotech / Microsoft / Autocad and ERP - Synergies) is an advantage.
· Assist and renew of licensing
· Arrange staff course.
· Arrange worker course, such as CSOC, BCSS, Coretrade and etc.
· Undertake any other ad-hoc work as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess a Local Diploma or equivalent in IT
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
