Architectural Designer

Cushman & Wakefield (s) Pte Ltd

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to support Lead Designer / Senior Designers for all design phases from concept to project close out
  • Responsible for design coordination throughout design, procurement, construction and close out phase.
  • Work closely with the Project lead, Senior Designers and QS / PM team
  • Coordinate with vendors, relevant consultants and contractors during all project stages
  • Coordinate with the technical team to produce fully coordinated tender & construction documentation packages
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet given deadlines
  • Attend site meetings and factory visits, showrooms to check compliance to design and assist in providing solutions to site issues.
  • Manage design change activities including design tracker implementation, project activity tracker, design dashboard, design drawing register, project design folder management.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design or equivalent
  • 5 years experience designing interiors of Commercial Offices, hotels and high-end residences is a plus in Singapore and Internationally
  • Experience in handling Commercial Office projects in all design phases
  • Creative with strong design flair and presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of product specification, sourcing and suppliers
  • Good understanding of design in terms of composition, space planning, detailing, materials and FF&E selection
  • Coordinate with the 3d visualization team to support additional visual support, material alignment and selection
  • Assists in material & furniture sourcing and selection
