We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to manage, support, secure, and optimize endpoint devices and applications. This role involves overseeing desktops, laptops, mobile, IoT devices, and application portfolios to ensure efficient performance and compliance.
Ideal candidates have strong troubleshooting, automation skills, and enjoy collaborative work environments.
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-7pm)
- Working Location: Central
- Salary Package: Up to $5500 (basic) + attractive bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, deploy, and maintain endpoint devices and applications
- Ensure security patches, updates, and license compliance
- Implement security measures and automation scripts for optimization
- Provide Tier 2 support and document solutions
- Conduct user training and manage vendor relationships
- Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in IT or related field
- 3+ years' experience in endpoint and application management
- Proficient with tools like JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Office 365, and scripting languages
- Expertise in Windows, macOS, and Linux OS
- Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Preferred certifications: Google Workspace Administrator, MCSE, ITIL
