We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and management of standardised ICT services across whole-of-government sector.
In this key role, you will lead a team of professionals to ensure the successful delivery of services that meet the organization’s standards and strategic goals.
- Working Hour: Mon-Fri
- Working Location: Pasir Panjang
- Salary Package: Up to $13k (basic) + AWS
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a comprehensive programme plan and deliver the value proposition of the services to different stakeholders.
- Strategise and proactively address organization-wide challenges related to the implementation of the services
- Lead and manage a team to ensure successful implementation of the services
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and align the programme with organizational objectives.
- Monitor and report on the progress of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the new initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement through innovation and best practices.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Experienced in working with government projects is an added advantage.
- Certification in project or programme management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
