Responsibilities
- Assist in delivery arrangements and carry heavy loads
- Set up, decorate, and prepare catering areas according to specific directions and layout plans established by the manager/customer
- Build and maintain good working relationship with clients and serve the food with a positive and courteous demeanour
- Clean and sanitise all equipment, utensils, dining ware, linens, serving ware, and work areas
- Restock clean equipment, utensils, and equipment to proper storage areas noting any damages and items to be replaced
- Organise and prepare clean equipment, utensils, and equipment for catering events
- Understand and comply with mandatory hygiene standards and requirements
- Coordinate with sales personnel on customer issue during delivery
- To collect cash and check from customer upon delivery for COD order
- Any other duties and tasks in the area assigned by the manager or supervisor
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of F&B will be advantageous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to read and write simple English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility, punctuality, teamwork and Cleanliness
- Ready to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Passionate, strong organizational skills and a positive attitude
