Job Description
- Inspection and Testing: Perform inspections on incoming raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Conduct functional and reliability testing on electronic assemblies, PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards), and final products using various testing equipment - Process Monitoring: Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures.
Perform in-process quality checks at various stages of production, including SMT (Surface Mount Technology), through-hole assembly, and final assembly. - Defect Identification and Troubleshooting: Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities in products or processes, such as soldering defects, component misplacement, and electrical failures.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inspection results, test data, and quality reports.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing, to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
Provide feedback to the production team on quality trends and suggest process improvements.

- ITE/ Diploma in Electronics Engineering
- Resourceful and able to work independently
- Good at problem solving, negotiating and communicating
