Job Description
1. Serve as Account Manager to Reseller & Corporate customer accounts
2. Perform processes including quotation submission, follow up to secure sales, prepare sales orders, schedule delivery and manage customer credit status
3. Maintain good customer relationship-professional conduct & excellent customer service standard (responsive communication, transaction accuracy, cooperative & supportive of customers' needs)
4. Regularly reaching out to customers to expand product offers, enquire new & recurring needs
5. Acquire new customer accounts to grow sales
6. Keep abreast of emerging technologies & new product offers in the industry
7. Maintain good product knowledge - learn & understand new product functionality & features. Work with customers to offer technology upgrade
8. Adhere to SOP to maintain ERP data integrity & operational efficiency
