Job Description
Quality Assurance
- Conduct inspections and testing of products and materials.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Identify defects and non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
Data Management
- Utilize SAP for tracking quality metrics and inspection results.
- Input and maintain quality-related data in SAP modules (e.g., QM).
Process Improvement
- Collaborate with production teams to improve processes and reduce defects.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Support Continuous Improvement initiatives using data from SAP.
Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain quality documentation and records in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure that all quality processes are documented and accessible.
- Assist in internal and external audits related to quality management.
The Successful Applicant
- Proficiency in SAP (especially QM module).
- Knowledge of quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
