Description:
- Assist in customers’ general enquiries.
- Proactive sharing, understanding and knowing customers banking needs and refer customers to adopt digital platforms and use cashless where suitable for enhanced customers’ experience and journey.
- Be familiar with latest banking products and services to suggest as alternative solutions to customers where fitting
Requirements:
- Be able to stand for long hours.
- Commit to branch operating hours for 5.5 days per week (Monday to Saturday).
