- Maintain office inventory, restock supplies promptly.
- Update staff directory, ensure contacts are current.
- Oversee cleanliness, ensure facilities meet standards.
- Support HR, HSE, IT projects and tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum Dip/Deg holder with prior admin and HR working experience.
- Available at short notice.
