Job Description
- Develop business plan that includes strategic roadmaps, initiatives and sales targets with individual retailers
- Identify opportunities and areas of collaboration to accelerate business growth
- Monitor and ensure accuracy in the billings and Accounts Receivable
- Conduct regular business review to update management on category/brands performance and to provide in depth analysis with key findings for recommendation to drive brand growth
- Execute the trade activities according to the agreed business plans
- Manage the annual Advertising & Promotion budget efficiently and spend within the allocated and approved budget
- Track and conduct in-depth analysis of key competitors activities & data and identify key risk and opportunities.
- Work closely with assigned agency line on Trade Activities and Initiatives to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Sales/ Marketing/ Business
- Min. 5 years sales experience in Sales Team and Key Account management in FMCG environment, preferably across different retailers (Fairprice)
- A self-starter, dynamic, results-driven and with strong business acumen
- Proven track record in FMCG industry
- Good people management, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
