Project Manager (SAP)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ERP transformation initiative, overseeing the full project lifecycle from business case development to successful delivery, working across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business analysis to identify improvements and define SAP implementation requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to outline processes, develop business cases, and recommend solutions.
- Perform gap analysis and maintain business requirement documents.
- Lead SAP feasibility study and manage the project from start to finish.
- Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and communication.
- Manage UAT tests, project budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure timely project delivery and effective team collaboration.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in managing SAP implementation projects.
- Familiar with SAP methodologies, FICO module in S/4HANA, and SAP MM/PS modules.
- Knowledge of SAP technologies (e.g., SAP BTP, MM Fiori apps).
- SAP and project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
- Experience in finance, procurement, and inventory management in power plants or manufacturing.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
