Job Responsibilities:
- Offer procurement assistance to operations in areas such as sourcing, tendering, evaluation, contracting, and contract management
- Ensure that purchased materials and services align with user specifications
- Oversee and assess supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery timelines, and competitive pricing, ensuring all criteria meet organizational requirements and expectations
- Collaborate with the Finance department on payment-related issues
- Conduct market research and engage with industry players to gain insights into the supplier landscape and current market supply conditions
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures
Job Requirement(s):
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related fields
- Minimum 2years of procurement in logistics or engineering with Project Tendering experience
- Strong communication skills
