Position: Full-Time Receptionist/Front Desk
Working Hours:
11:00 AM to 8:30 PM, 6 to 8 off days in a month
Job Responsibilities:
1. WhatsApp Communication:
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Arrange, confirm, or reschedule appointments as needed.
2. Appointment Management:
- Schedule and organize client appointments efficiently.
- Send reminders for upcoming appointments, including:
- A 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.
- Forfeiture of the deposit after 15 minutes of no-show.
- Cancellations must be made at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
3. Follow-Up Communication:
- Send post-service thank-you texts to clients, inviting feedback or future bookings.
4. Late Arrival Management:
- If a client has not arrived by their scheduled time, place a follow-up call to check their status.
5. Help out with other simple duties:
- Distributing flyers, serving drinks to customers, etc.
